摘要
针对当前太赫兹时域信号分析还未形成统一的标准,本文提出一种时域信号参数提取流程,并运用该流程分析了单层硅样品的透射信号,结果显示运用该流程能准确从信号中提取样品参数。并且基于Matlab-GUI,开发出能有效分析单层和双层样品的透射型THz时域信号和单层样品的反射型THz时域信号的THz信号分析系统,该系统具有可独立运行、功能多样、操作简单、一定的防错能力等特点,具有很强的实用价值。
For the standard of THz time-domain signal analysis has not been formed,this article proposed a process of terahertz time-domain signal analysis,and according to this process,the transmission signal of the single-layer silicon samples was analyzed.The results showed that the parameters of sample can be accurately extracted from the signal in accordance with the process.Subsequently,based on Matlab-GUI,the visualization of THz time-domain signal analysis system was developed.This system can be used to analyze the transmission signal of the single,double layer sample and the reflection signal of single-layer sample.It is characterized by simple operation,portable,versatile,run independently and so on.
