新型货车后防护结构的设计及仿真分析

摘要 根据载货汽车后悬较高和保护吸能结构过于简单的特点,本文提出一种位于货车后下部可拆装的新型后防护结构。该结构采用内部阻尼介质吸能、外部特殊"8"字形截面套筒屈曲变形吸能的联合吸能方式,主要用于防止后面驶来的车辆(尤其是轿车)钻入货车底部而发生重大的人身伤亡事故。本文利用PRO/E和ANSYS/LS-DYNA软件对后防护结构进行了实体建模和仿真分析。仿真结果表明本文所设计的结构在一定车速范围内可以吸收高速碰撞动能和逐渐减小碰撞力,起到保护后车安全的作用。 According to the characteristics of the truck rear suspension is higher and the rear protection structure is simpler,a truck-mounted removable type rear protective device was designed.This structure used the absorption way of internal damping and external special "8" glyph section deformation.It is mainly used to prevent the vehicles(especially cars) coming from the rear to drill into the bottom of the truck,which can avoid great casualty.Utilizing software PRO / E and ANSYS / LS-DYNA carried on modeling and simulation.The results showed that the structure can reduce the collision force and absorb the energy,avoid the car to drill into the bottom of the truck,and collision loss and protection are decreased.
