一种直流电机控制的新型节流阀的设计与实现

摘要 为了实现液体流量的自动控制,研制了一种以8051单片机为控制核心的新型节流阀。该阀可以人工设定所需要的流量,利用单片机控制直流电机改变节流口的开口大小自动调节通过阀的流量以达到人工设定所需流量,采用涡轮流量传感器测得节流阀出口的流量送入单片机中形成负反馈数字闭环控制。文中论述了节流阀的结构设计以及控制系统的设计,分析了流量控制原理,该设计结构简单,控制精度较高,实现了流量的自动控制,具有一定实用价值。 In order to realize the automatic control of liquid flow,a new-type throttle valve controlled by 8051 microcontroller was designed.It used direct current electromotor which was controlled by microcontroller to change the opening area of orifice.When required flow was manually set,the throttle valve could automatically regulate the flow.It also used turbine flow sensor to measure the flow of outlet.The feedback value of the flow was sent to the microcontroller to form negative feedback closed loop control.This paper discussed the structure design and control system design of the throttle valve and analyzed the flow control principle.The design has a simple structure and high control accuracy.It can realize the automatic control of flow and has certain practical value.
