摘要
采用固体进样原子荧光镉分析仪(DC-AFS),建立了对苹果及苹果粒中镉(Cd)的直接快速分析方法。其测量机理是,通过使用多孔石墨管(PGT)作为电热蒸发器实现固体样品中镉的直接导入,并采用钨丝(TC)作为镉的捕获器来消除测量中的基体干扰。该仪器不需要对样品做任何消解,不需要任何化学试剂,可直接固体进样进行测定。通过仪器条件的优化,对国家标准物质的测定结果进入真值置信区间,测试的准确性良好。经计算,仪器检出限<1 pg;RSD<5%(100 pg)。
A new method for the determination of cadmium in apple and apple tablets was developed and validated based on direct cadmium analyzer with the atomic fluorescence spectroscopy.In this paper,we elaborate on the the mechanism of the determination.The porous graphite tube as the electrothermal vaporization has been applied for a sample introduction.Both accuracy and precision were evaluated using the reference material and samples and they can meet the demand.The detection limit of the instrument was less than 1 pg and RSD was less than 5%
