平板运动试验对冠心病诊断的临床价值 被引量:7

摘要 目的通过对照冠脉造影(CAG)结果,探讨平板运动试验(TET)对冠心病诊断的临床价值。方法选取100例可疑冠心病(CHD)患者,回顾性分析TET及CAG结果。结果 100例患者中TET阳性68例,CAG结果真阳性42例;TET阴性32例,CAG结果假阴性10例。与CAG对照得出TET检出冠心病的灵敏度为80.8%(42/52),特异性为45.8%(22/48),准确度为64%(64/100)。结论 TET有较高的灵敏性和准确度,能够较准确地评估冠心病严重程度及治疗效果。 Objective To explore the diagnostic value of treadmill exercise test(TET) in coronary heart disease(CHD) by control coronary angiography(CAG).Methods Randomly selected 100 patients suspected of CHD were retrospectively analyzed on TET and CAG.Results Of the 100 patients,68 were found out positive findings in TET,among whom 42 were of really positive CAG.TET was negative in 32 patients,with false negative CAG in 10 ones.The sensitivity,specificity and accuracy of TET detection for CHD was 80.8%(42/52),45.8%(22/48) and 64%(64/100),respectively.Conclusion TET,with a higher sensitivity and accuracy,can be applied to the evaluation of the severity and the treatment effect of CHD.
