B细胞慢性淋巴细胞白血病38例免疫表型分析

Analysis on immunophenotyping of 38 patients with chronic B lymphoid leukemia

目的探讨B细胞慢性淋巴细胞白血病(B-CLL)免疫表型特点。方法采用流式细胞术分析38例B-CLL的免疫表型。结果 38例患者CD5、CD23阳性率分别为92.1%、94.7%,CD19、CD20阳性率分别为94.7%和97.4%,CD5及CD19共同阳性者占92.1%。结论对CLL患者进行免疫表型分析,对诊断和鉴别诊断有重要意义,并可为临床治疗和预后评估提供依据。

Objective To study the immunophenotype characteristic of 38 patients with B chronic lymphoid leukemia（B-CLL）.Methods Flow cytometry was used to analysis the 38 cases of B-CLL.Results B-CLL,the expressions of CD5 and CD23 were 92.1% and 94.7%,that of CD19 and CD20 were 94.7% and 97.4%,and that of CD5/CD19 was 92.1%.Conclusion The immunophenotyping technique is very effective in diagnosing lymphocytic leukemia,and helpful for treatment and evaluation of the prognosis of the disease.
