摘要
文章在分析合作创新概念和必要性的基础上 ,探讨了基于合作创新的企业技术能力培育的有效途径 ,并作了案例分析。最后 ,提出了我国合作创新中的主要问题及对策。
On the basis of the analysis of the conception and necessary about the cooperation innovation, this paper discusses the cultivation roadmaps of the firm's technological competence and makes a case study. Then the author presents the problems of the cooperation innovation in china's state-own enterprises, and gives the suggestion to solve it.
