本文初步探讨了知识资源、知识存量和知识流量的概念 ,知识资源的基本特征和对知识资源的测度问题。文中首先提出了知识资源的概念定义 ,认为知识资源是一种特殊的资本形式 ,并得到知识资源和经济财富关系定律。文中认为知识存量和知识流量的概念是基于知识资源概念的。从其概念出发可以得到几个关于知识流量和知识存量的几个命题。知识资源具有总量稀缺特征、余值累积特征、积极效用特征、创造性特征、类新陈代谢特征、规模报酬递增特征等。对知识流量和知识存量的测度根本上需依靠对知识资源的测度。根据知识资源的形态不同 ,对知识资源测度的方式也不同。目前处延上的测度方法繁多 ,但尚未找到内涵上的统一测度单位。文中提出了测度知识资源的可比当量原则。

This article preliminarily discusses the concepts of knowledge resources, knowledge stores and knowledge flows. Features as well as measurements of knowledge resources are also discussed. The definition of knowledge resources is given at first. It is assumed that knowledge resource is a special sort of capitak, thus a relation law of knowledge resources and economic fortune is obtained. The concepts of knowledge stores and knowledge flows are based on that of knowledge resources. From the concepts, it can be derived some propositions on knowledge stores and knowledge flows. Knowledge resources have some features, such as total amount shortage, accumulation of remaining value, progressive utility, creativity, metabolismoid, scale utility increasing, and so on. Measurement to knowledge stores and knowledge flows is basically depended on the measurement to knowledge resources. According to morphs of knowledge resources, the measurement methods of knowledge resources are varied. Of the moment there are many extensive methods, but it is not found a connotative unified measuring unit yet. The comparable equivalent principle of knowledge resources is proposed.
