摘要 针对华北油田河间东营油藏温度,开展了SD起泡剂高温高压空气泡沫性能评价实验。研究结果表明,在10 MPa压力下,有效物浓度为0.08%时,起泡剂性能最佳,起泡体积达1 972 mL,泡沫半衰期为2 422 s。不同压力下对有效物浓度为0.08%的SD起泡剂进行评价。结果表明高压下泡沫性能有所提高,空气泡沫起泡体积和泡沫半衰期的增长幅度分别为8.45%和55.56%。通过对SD、OP起泡剂在可视化条件下实验,测得SD、OP泡径约为4.714×10-4m,这与经验公式计算得到的数值相近。 The reservoir temperature is focused on in Hejian Dongying of Huabei petroleum,and carried out the air foam performance evaluation experiments about SD foaming agent in high temperature and high pressure.Research results show that in the 10 MPa pressure,the performance of foaming agent is best when the effective content density is 0.08%.The volume of foam is up to 1 972 mL and the half-life of foam is 2 422 s.To evaluate the effective concentration of 0.08% SD foaming agent under the different pressures,the results show that the foam performance improve under the high pressure,the volume of air foam and half-life of foam growth rate to 8.45% and 55.56%,respectively.Conducting the experiments on SD and OP foaming agent in visualization condition which measured the SD and OP foam diameter is about 4.714 x 10-4 m.This numerical value are similar to the value that the experience formula are calculated.
