纳米TiO_2包覆磷酸钙生态防锈颜料的合成与性能

摘要 首先以工业85%磷酸,Ca(OH)2为基本原料合成磷酸钙中间体。再利用TiOSO4水解产生的TiO2对其包覆改性。经过滤、烘干得到产品。利用XRD、SEM对样品进行了表征。将改性的颜料制成醇酸水性防锈漆,喷涂到钢铁表面测试性能。结果证明,各项指标均达到或超过国家标准,尤其耐盐水一项,不仅优于目前市场上的磷酸锌,而且寿命比德国进口的ZPA防锈颜料要高出120 h。 The calcium phosphate intermediate was firstly synthesized withindustrial phosphoric acid and Ca(OH)2 as the basic raw materials.Then,the final TiO2-coated calcium phosphate product was obtained by the hydrolysis of TiOSO4 after a filtration and drying process.The product was characterized by XRD,SEM,and EDS analysis.The as-obtained pigment was made into alkyd water-borne antirust coatings and painted on the surface of the steel to test its antirust performance.The results show that the as-synthesized product can meet or exceed the national standards.In particular,the salted water resistance properties of the product are not only superior to the commercial zinc phosphate pigment,but also exceed 120 h than German ZPA anticorrosive pigment
