摘要
目的:对新一代生物降解型纳米载药聚合物宫内节育系统的构建及应用前景进行分析。方法:从宫内节育系统的发展历史以及创新发展趋势、生物可降解纳米载药缓释复合材料探索现状以及未来发展走向、高相容性纳米载药缓释宫内系统构建的可行性分析及应用前景三个方面进行阐述和分析。结果:几丁聚糖(Chitosan)/聚乳酸(PLLA)复合材料生物可降解纳米载药聚合物支架因其成本低、生物相容性高、制作简单、可降解有望取代传统金属和塑料型支架,具有极大的社会和经济效益。结论:生物可降解材料及纳米控释载药系统结合有望构建新一代节育产品运用于临床。
Objective:To analyze the construction and application prospects of biodegradable sustained-released nanoparticle drug-loaded intrauterine contraceptive system.Methods:Described from the developing history of intrauterine contraceptive system,current and future development of biodegradable sustained-released drug-loaded composites,feasibility analysis and application prospects of sustained-released nanoparticle drug-loaded intrauterine contraceptive system.Results:Chitosan/poly-lactic acid(PLLA) composite biodegradable nanoparticle drug-loaded polymer scaffold is expected to replace the traditional metal and plastic bracket because of its low cost,high biocompatibility,simple making,biodegradable and great social and economic benefits.Conclusion:Biodegradable sustained-released nanoparticle drug-loaded intrauterine contraceptive system is expected to be used in clinical.
