四维牵引加微创激光汽化术治疗腰椎间盘突出症临床分析

Clinical Analysis of The Treatment for Lumbar Disc Herniation with Four Direction Spinal Traction and Minimally Invasive Laser Vaporization

目的:探讨治疗腰椎间盘突出症的方法和疗效。方法:2010年5月到2011年4月,采用四维牵引加微创激光汽化术治疗腰椎间盘突出症50例。结果:腰腿痛症状明显缓解或消失。结论:四维牵引加微创激光汽化术治疗腰椎间盘突出症疗效确切,是无创加微创治疗腰椎间盘突出症有效的方法。

Objective：To explore the methods and efficacy for the treatment of lumbar disc herniation.Methods：May 2010 to April 2011,50 patients with lumbar disc herniation using four-dimensional laser vaporization traction and minimally invasive treatment.Results：Low back pain symptoms were relieved or disappeared.Conclusion：Exact effect of four direction spinal traction and minimally invasive laser vaporization in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation,and It is a noninvasive and minimally invasive treatment of lumbar disc herniation.
