目的:探讨青春期功能失调性子宫出血的治疗方法及疗效。方法:本组选择我院2009年6月至2011年6月诊断并治疗的90例青春期功能失调性子宫出血患者,将90例患者随机分为2个组各45例。实验组采用去氧孕烯炔雌醇治疗,对照组采用雌激素联合孕激素治疗。停药后观察月经恢复正常情况。结果:实验组患者的出血开始控制时间、完全止血时间显著短于对照组。实验组有2例出现轻微胃肠道不适,对照组有23例发生胃肠道不良反应,实验组患者的胃肠道不良反应发生率显著低于对照组。随访观察6个月,实验组有2例出现月经紊乱。对照组有4例出现月经紊乱,两组患者的月经恢复情况差异无统计学意义。结论:采用去氧孕烯炔雌醇治疗青春期功能失调性子宫出血,可起到较好的止血作用,副作用较小。

Objective：Investigated the method and efficacy of the treatment of adolescent dysfunctional uterine bleeding.Methods：Group to select my hospital,diagnosis and treatment of 90 cases of adolescent patients with dysfunctional uterine bleeding in June 2009 to June 2011,90 patients were randomly divided into two groups of 45 cases.The experimental group used desogestrel ethinyl estradiol treatment,the comparison group used estrogen combined progestin therapy.Observation period after discontinuation to restore normal.Results：The experimental group of patients with bleeding control time to complete hemostasis was significantly shorter than in the comparison group.Two cases of slight gastrointestinal discomfort in the experimental group,23 cases of gastrointestinal adverse reactions in the comparison group.The experimental group of patients with gastrointestinal adverse events was significantly lower than the comparison group.Observed 6 months follow-up,there were two cases of menstrual disorders in the experimental group,and four cases of menstrual disorders in the comparison group,and two groups of patients with menstrual recovery was no significant difference.Conclusion：The use of desogestrel ethinyl estradiol treatment of adolescent dysfunctional uterine bleeding,can play a better role in hemostasis,and fewer side effects.
