经尿道输尿管口电切在上尿路上皮癌中的应用

Transurethral Transurethral Ureteral Orifice on Urothelial Carcinoma

目的:探讨经尿道输尿管口电切在肾、输尿管全切术中的应用价值。方法:2006年l0月-20010年6月,我院对15例肾盂、输尿管上段移行细胞癌患者实施经尿道输尿管口电切术联合腰部开放手术治疗。首先经尿道放人电切镜,沿输尿管开口外0.5cm处环形切割,然后腰部切口切除肾及全长输尿管,术后留置尿管10-14d。结果:15例无1例发生严重的并发症。随访5-14个月,平均8个月,15例均无肿瘤复发。结论:此手术方法创伤小、手术时间短,病人痛苦小、恢复快,治疗效果好。

Objective：To study the value of transurethral resection of the ureteric orifice in nephroureterectomy.Methods：Fifteen patients with transitional cell carcinoma of the renal pelvis or upper ureter were treated by transurethral resection of the ureteric orifice combined with 1umbar incision from October 2006 to June 20010.The resection was done around 0.5cm away from the ureteric orifice then the kidney renal and ureter removed through a lumbar incision.A catheter was kept for 10~14 days after operation.Results：No severe complications were noted.Follow-up for period（mean）of 5~14（8）months,no recurrence was recorded.Conclusion：This surgical modality possess an adventage of fair outcome with short operative duration,minimalin vasion,and fast recovery.
