消化性溃疡患者的内科治疗探讨

Discussion of Peptic Ulcer Patients'Internal Medical Treatment

目的:探讨消化性溃疡的内科治疗方法和治疗效果。方法:选取我院收治的111例消化道溃疡患者,随机分为对照组和实验组。对照组54例,采用传统的抑酸加胃黏膜保护治疗,每天给与奥美拉唑和甲硝唑;实验组57例,采用联合用药,既每天给与奥美拉唑、枸橼酸铋钾、克拉霉素以及阿莫西林,从抑酸、胃黏膜保护、消除幽门螺旋杆菌三方面治疗消化道溃疡,治疗结束后对疗效进行统计分析。结果:实验组患者疼痛、嗳气、反酸、恶心平均消除时间均比对照组低,经t检验P<0.05;治疗结束后,实验组的总有效率(91.23%)明显高于对照组(74.07%),χ2=5.7512,P<0.05;实验组幽门螺旋杆菌治疗后清除率也明显高于对照组,χ2=11.2514,P<0.05,以上数据均有统计学意义。结论:奥美拉唑、枸橼酸铋钾、克拉霉素以及阿莫西林联合用药能全方位的治疗消化性溃疡,效果显著。

Objective：To discuss peptic ulcerapos;s internal medical treatment method and treatment effect.Methods：Chose 111 cases of those peptic ulcer patients who have been accepted and treated at our hospital and divided them into control group and experimental group randomly.There were 54 cases in control group,adopted traditional inhibitory acid and gastric mucosa protection treatment to those who in control group,and also gave omeprazole and metronidazole to them everyday;While adopted combination drug therapy,namely not only gave omeprazole,bismuth citrate potassium,clarithromycin to those 57 cases in experimental group,but also gave amoxicillin to them,thus treated gastrointestinal hemorrhage from the inhibitory acid,gastric mucosa protection and eliminate helicobacter pylori these three aspects.Proceeded statistically analysis to the curative effect after the treatment.Results：Experimental groupapos;s patientsapos;pain,belching,acid regurgitation,nausea average eliminate time are shorter than control groupapos;s,P0.05 through t test;After the treatment,experimental groupapos;s overall effective rate（91.23%）is evidently higher than control groupapos;s（74.07%）,χ2=5.7512,P0.05;Experimental groupapos;s helicobacter pylori clearance rate after treatment is obviously higher than control groupapos;s,χ2=11.2514,P0.05,the above data has statistics meaning.Conclusion：Combination of omeprazole,bismuth citrate potassium,clarithromycin and amoxicillin can treat peptic ulcer in all-around,and it has significant effect.
