40例乳腺分叶状肿瘤的临床诊治分析

40 Cases Clinical Analysis of Diagnosis and Treatment of Phyllodes Tumor of the Breast

目的:探讨乳腺分叶状肿瘤的临床特点、治疗原则。方法:回顾分析我院2002年1月至2011年12月收治的40例乳腺分叶状肿瘤患者的治疗资料。结果:40例中良性27例,交界性11例,恶性2例。行肿块切除19例,扩大切除17例,单纯乳房切除4例。所有患者随访至今,其中一例交界性行局部切除的患者产生复发。结论:手术切除为本病的首选治疗方式,应广泛切除包围在肿瘤周围的正常组织。临床须结合病史、肿块大小及病理类型等,选择合适的治疗方案。

Objective：To explore the clinical characteristics and treatment of phyllodes tumor of the breast principles.Retrospective analysis of Methods：In our hospital between January 2002 and admitted to 40 cases of patients with phyllodes tumor of the breast treatment information.Results：In 40 cases of 27 cases of benign,borderline 11 cases,malignant 2 cases.Resection of tumor in 19 cases,extended resection of 17 cases,simple mastectomy 4 cases.All patient follow-up to date,one example of local resection of borderline patients have a recurrence.Conclusion：Surgery as the preferred treatment for this disease,should be surrounded by normal tissue surrounding the tumor extensive resection.Integration of clinical history,masses,such as size and type of Pathology,selecting the appropriate treatment options.
