联合应用MR扩散加权成像(DWI)和MR波谱成像(MRS)对前列腺癌的诊断价值 被引量:2

摘要 目的:探讨DWI(扩散加权MR成像)联合MRS(波谱MR成像)对前列腺癌患者进行诊断的临床意义。方法:对我院自2008年11月至2011年11月以来,于我科检查的64例前列腺癌患者临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果:患者前列腺的ADC值对比,其癌区同非癌区呈显著差异(P<0.05)。患者前列腺癌区的MRS,其Cit峰呈降低表现,其(Cre+Cho)峰呈显著升高表现,其(Cre+Cho)与Cit比值的均值是(1.83 1.54);患者前列腺非癌区MRS,其cit峰呈增高表现,其(Cre+Cho)峰降低,其(Cre+Cho)与Cit比值的均值是(0.82 0.39),呈显著差异(P<0.05)。患者常规MRI具有的敏感性是71.9%,其MRI与MRS结合的敏感性是87.5%,其联合应用DWI与MRS以及MRI的敏感性是93.7%。结论:DWI(扩散加权MR成像)联合MRS(波谱MR成像)对前列腺癌患者进行诊断,同单独应用相较,可以显著提高检出敏感性,应依据患者具体情况合理推广。 Objective:Investigate DWI(diffusion-weighted MR imaging) combined MRS (spectroscopy MR imaging) the diagnosis of prostate cancer patients.Methods:A retrospective analysis of 64 cases of prostate cancer patients in our hospital from November 2008 to November 2011,my department to check clinical data.Results:ADC value comparison of patients with prostate cancer District,with the non-cancerous area was a significant difference(P0.05).The MRS of patients with prostate cancer,its Cit peak was lower performance(Cre+Cho) peak was significantly higher performance(Cre+Cho),and Cit ratio of the mean (1.83±1.54);patients with prostate cancer District MRS,cit peak was increased performance,reduce its(Cre+Cho) peak(Cre+Cho),and cit ratio of the mean (0.82 soil 0.39),showed a significant difference(P0.05).Patients with conventional MRI has a sensitivity of 71.9%,its combination of MRI and MRS sensitivity was 87.5%,and their joint application of DWI and MRS and MRI sensitivity was 93.7%.Conclusion:DWI(diffusion weighted MR imaging) and MRS (Magnetic Resonance MR imaging) for diagnosis of prostate cancer patients,compared with a separate application can significantly improve the detection sensitivity,reasonable promotion should be based on the condition of the patients.
