摘要
目的:探讨甘露聚糖肽皮试溶液的最适宜浓度。方法:对753例住院患者,采用单盲随机对照法,使用三种浓度的皮试液进行皮内注射,随后,高浓度、中浓度皮试阳性者再用低浓度做皮试。结果:高浓度、中浓度、低浓度皮试溶液皮试结果配对比较,两两之间均存在显著性差异(P<0.01),高浓度、中浓度皮试阳性者再用低浓度做皮试,其假阳性率分别为20.72%、5.58%,且经低浓度筛选出的阴性患者,静脉滴注后,无一例发生速发型变态反应。结论:科学、准确的甘露聚糖肽皮溶液试浓度有利于降低皮试结果的假阳性率,将甘露聚糖肽注射液稀释100倍进行皮试,安全可靠,为较佳的甘露聚糖肽皮试液。
Objective:To explore the most suitable mannantide solution for skin allergy test.Methods:753 hospitalized patients were divided into the high skin test concentration group(n=251)、moderate skin test concentration group(n=251) and low skin test concentration group(n=251) by single-blind randomized controlled clinical trial.3 different concentrations of the skin test were used for intra-injection.Subsequently,positive skin test patients in high concentration group and moderate skin test concentration group were intra-injection by the low skin test.Results:There were significant differences among the three groups with skin test results(P0.01).The false positive rate of the high concentration group and moderate skin test concentration group were 20.72% and 5.58%,none of the negative patients selected by the low skin test occurred Immediate allergic reaction in the process of infusion.Conclusion:Science,accurate mannatide skin test are favorable to reduce the rate of false positive skin test.As skin test,mannatide injection diluted to 100 times was safe,reliable which can maximum screen allergic patients.
