地佐辛与舒芬太尼对术后静脉镇痛效果比较

The Effect of Dezocine and Sufentanil on the Postoperative Intravenous Analgesia

目的:分析地佐辛与舒芬太尼对术后静脉镇痛的效果。方法:选用本院外科于2010年至2012年间行择期手术的患者108例作为研究对象,随机分为术后使用地佐辛进行镇痛组及术后使用舒芬太尼进行镇痛组患者各54例,比较两组患者接受术后镇痛之后的疼痛评分、镇静评分、不良反应等。结果:术后使用地佐辛进行镇痛组患者其疼痛评分及镇静评分未明显优于使用舒芬太尼进行术后镇痛组患者(P>0.05);使用地佐辛进行术后镇痛组患者的不良反应的发生率明显低于使用舒芬太尼组患者(P<0.05)。结论:地佐辛及舒芬太尼的术后静脉镇痛效果无明显差异,但是地佐辛的不良反应明显少于舒芬太尼。

Objective：Analyze the effect of dezocine and sufentanil on the postoperative intravenous analgesia.Methods：Choose 108 patients between 2010~2012 years as research subjects,divided into dezocine group and sufentanil group with 54 cases each,comparing the pain score,sedation score,postoperative adverse reaction.Results：Dezocine group and sufentanil group showed no significant difference in postoperative pain scores and analgesic scores（P0.05）;dezocine groupapos;s adverse reaction rate was significantly lower than that of sufentanil group（P0.05）.Conclusion：Dezocine and sufentanil for postoperative intravenous analgesia effect had no significant difference,but dezocine adverse reaction was significantly less than that of sufentanil.
