鞘内注射右美托咪定对切口痛大鼠脊髓p38MAPK表达的影响 被引量：5

摘要 目的:探讨右美托咪定对切口痛大鼠的镇痛作用,以及对脊髓p38MAPK表达的影响。方法:选用雄性SD大鼠,随机分为空白对照组(S组):仅鞘内注射NS20ul,单纯模型组(O组):鞘内注射NS20ul和实验组(D组):鞘内注射Dex3.0μg/kg。结果:大鼠术后B组的CPS显著高于A组(P<0.05),其中B组的PWT值显著低于A组(P<0.05),与C组相比无明显差异(P>0.05),显示Dex对切口痛大鼠有明显的镇痛作用。结论:Dex对切口痛大鼠有明显镇痛作用,其镇痛作用可能与抑制脊髓p38MAPK表达有关。 Objective：Explore the analgesic effects of dexmedetomidine given rat incisional pain,and spinal cord p38MAPK expression.Methods：Male SD rats were randomly divided into blank control group（C）：the the intrathecal injection only NS20ul,simple model group（B group）：intrathecal injection NS20ul experimental group（A group）：intrathecal injection Dex3.0μg /kg.Results：The postoperative group A rats CPS significantly below B group（P0.05）,PWT values significantly higher than the B group（P0.05）,but no significant difference （P 0.05）,compared with the C group,display Dexincision pain in rats have significant analgesic effect.Conclusion：Dex incision pain in rats and analgesic effects,its analgesic effect may be related to the inhibition of the spinal cord p38MAPK expression.
