口腔扁平苔藓中不同类型角蛋白质的表达及其临床意义

Expression and Clinical Significance of Different Types of Keratin Protein in Oral Lichen Planus

目的:研究口腔扁平苔藓中不同类型角蛋白质的表达及其临床意义。方法:选择口腔扁平苔藓患者,选择扁平苔藓标本作为观察组、正常颊粘膜作为对照组,进行免疫组化、垂直凝胶电泳、Western Blot、标志角蛋白衍生物刺激自体淋巴细胞增殖检测。结果:观察组样本CK阳性的例数明显高于对照组,且CK1、CK2、CK4、CK5、CK10、CK13、CK14、CK19存在显著差异,分离纯化的CK10、CK14能够明显促进T淋巴细胞的增殖。结论:CK10、CK14能够通过促进T淋巴细胞增殖和向病损区迁移来诱导扁平苔藓的发生。

Objective：To study the expression and clinical significance of different types of keratin protein in oral lichen planus.Methods：Patients with oral lichen planus lichen were selected and divided into observation group and control group.Immunohistochemical,vertical gel electrophoresis,Western Blot,proliferation assay were conducted.Results：CK positive cases in the observation group sample was significantly higher than that in control group,and the CK1、CK2、CK4、CK5、CK10、CK13、CK14、CK19 were significantly different from each other.The separated and purificated CK can significantly promote the proliferation of T lymphocyte.Conclusion：CK10,CK14 can induce lichen planus occurring by promoting T lymphocytes proliferation and migration.
