592例药物不良反应报告分析

Analysis of 592 Cases of Adverse Drug Reaction Reports

目的:探讨我院药物不良反应(药物不良反应)发生的情况及一般规律。方法:对我院2006年3月至2011年6月上报的共592例药物不良反应报告,按患者的年龄、性别、给药途径、药品类别、药物不良反应累及器官或系统及临床表现等进行回顾性分析。结果:592例药物不良反应报告中涉及的药品共18类145种,其中抗感染药物引发的药物不良反应最多,有236例,占39.86%;静脉给药引发的药物不良反应例数最多,有391例,占66.05%,;以皮肤及其附件损害最为常见,有385例,占64.38%。结论:临床应重视和加强药物不良反应监测,加强抗菌药物的合理应用及管理,提高医务人员对药物不良反应的认知,以减少或避免药物不良反应的发生,保证患者用药安全。

Objective：Investigate hospital adverse drug reactions is happening and the general laws.Methods：Hospital March 2006 to June 2011 reported a total of 592 cases of adverse drug reactions,according to the patientapos;s age,gender,route of administration,drug categories,drug adverse reactions involving the organs or systems,and clinical manifestations were retrospectively Analysis.Results：A total of 18 classes of drugs involved in adverse drug reaction reports of 592 cases and 145 kinds,including anti-infectives-induced adverse drug reactions up to 236 cases,accounting for 39.86%;the number of cases of adverse drug reaction caused by intravenous administration up to 391 cases,accounting for 66.05%;the most common skin and its appendages,there are 385 cases,accounting for 64.38%.Conclusion：Clinical attention and strengthen the monitoring of adverse drug reactions,the reasonable application and management of the antimicrobial agents to improve the awareness of medical staff on adverse drug reactions,to reduce or avoid the occurrence of adverse drug reactions,syndrome medication safety.
