探讨我院麻醉药品管理中存在的问题及对策

Problems Existing in Management of Narcotic Drugs and Solutions

目的:了解我院麻醉药品管理中存在的问题,研究其相应的对策。方法:统计我院2011年7月-2011年12月门诊和住院病房麻醉药品处方,统计所有麻醉药品的规格、销售数量、患者年龄、诊断结果、检查出入库票据、双人核对签字等其他相关情况。对所有统计数据进行分析处理,分析我院在麻醉药品管理中存在的问题,并研究相应的对策。结果:我院在麻醉药品管理中存在一些问题,主要体现在处方管理和药品储存管理方面,如处方填写不正确,医护人员是对储藏麻醉药品的保险柜保密意识不强,对麻醉药品的种类区分不清,不及时回收麻醉药品注射剂空安瓿和废贴等。结论:加强相关医护人员的药品管理意识,提高处方的质量,促进麻醉药品的管理和合理使用,保障患者的安全。

Objective：To understand the problems existing in the management of narcotic drugs,and find the corresponding countermeasures.Methods：Statistics the narcotic drugs prescription for outpatients and inpatients in the hospital from July to December in 2011,include specifications of all narcotic drugs,sales volume,patient age,diagnosis results,storage bills and other relevant information.All statistical data were analyzed.Analyze the problems of the hospital in the management of narcotic drugs,and try to solve them.Results：There are some problems in the management of narcotic drugs in the hospital,mainly reflected in prescription management and drug storage management,such as prescription fill is not correct,health care workers do not have a strong sense of confidentiality on the storage of narcotic drugs and cannot distinguish between types of narcotic drugs,and recovery of the Narcotic Drugs empty ampoule of injection and waste stickers is not in time.Conclusion：Strengthen the medicines management awareness of health care workers,improve the prescription quality,and promote the management and rational use of narcotic drugs.
