摘要
目的 探讨CD4+CD25+调节性T细胞与细胞因子在哮喘儿童外周血中的比例改变,并探讨其临床意义。方法分离哮喘患儿和正常人外周血单个核细胞(PBMC),用流式细胞仪分析CD4+CD25+调节性T细胞在外周血单个核细胞中的比例;酶联免疫吸附法(ELASA)检测外周血TGF—p和IL-10水平。结果急性发作期组患儿外周血CD+CD25+Tr及细胞因子水平明显低于缓解期组和正常对照组(P〈0.05),而缓解期患儿与对照组无显著性差异(P〉0.05)。结论CD4+CD25+调节性T细胞和细胞因子可能参与了哮喘的发生与发展。
Objective To investigate the change of CD4 + CD25 + T regulation cells and cytokine in peripheral blood in children with asth- ma. Methods The monouclear cells were isolated from peripheral blood of asthma children and control subjects, and the percentagn of CD4 + CD25+ regulatory T cells was detemined by flow eytonetry. The concentrations of TGF-β and IL- 10 were measured with enzyme linked immunosorbent assay(ELlSA)method. Results The CD4+ CD25 + Tr and cytokine levels in acute atack group were lower than in remission group or in the control group( P 〈 0. 05), but no difference between in the remission and the control (P 〉 0.05). Conclusion The CD + CD25 + regulatory T cells involved in the pathogenesis of asthma in human.
