摘要
行动导向教学论指导下基于工作过程的课程模式,主要是通过课程开发、课程设计、最终通过课堂教学实施来实现。课程实施是整个课程建设中的一个重要环节,也是课程开发和课程设计的延伸和落实。实现从教学设计向教学实施的成功转化需要教师的二次创造,这就要求教师具备教学策略选择的能力,能够知道自己应该“怎么教”;具备教学资源建设的能力,能够指导学生学会“怎么学”;具备教学评价与反思能力,能够引导课堂的“教与学”效果。
The course model, which is based on working process, is mainly achieved through course development, course design and course implementation under the theory of action-oriented teaching. Classroom teaching is very important as it is not only a critical segment in the whole process of course con- struction, but also the implementation of course development and course design. To transform an excellent course design to a successful classroom teaching, some skills are required as a qualified teacher including: the ability of teaching strategy selection to know " how to teach ", the ability of teaching resource construction to guide students to know "how to learn", the ability of teaching evaluation and reflection to enhance the effect of "teach and learn".
