河北省卫生系统学科带头人培养成效分析与政策建议

Performance analysis and policy recommendations on the academic medicine leader＇ s training in Hebei health systems

抽样调查河北省卫生系统医学学术与技术学科带头人（以下简称学科带头人），了解1998年～2008年河北省实施学科带头人培养项目期间，卫生系统学科带头人的培养现状、培养过程中存在的问题、项目实施的效果。结果表明，河北省卫生系统学科带头人科研水平进一步提高，学术成果显著，开展的科研项目增加。同时，对学科带头人的培养提出了相关的政策建议。

To understand the training situation, existing problem and the effect of implementation of ＂Hebei＇s academic medicine leader training project＂ a sampling survey was conducted. The analysis shows that the scientific research level and the academic achievements have been significantly increased, the project funds sustained increased, the quality and quantity of medical care enhanced steadily, and patients＇ satisfaction enhanced. At the same time some recommendations about policy for medical academic leader development are put forward.
