摘要
在医学院校选拔优秀学生的工作中,仅根据各专业学生原始分数进行总体排名无法客观反映学生的实际水平,进而无法进行公平评价。通过介绍标准分数(以下简称Z分数)的设计思路、应用计算机统计软件进行处理的方法,并且进行实例解析,为医学院校在同一评价水平上对学生进行选拔和评估提供了新的建议,并对Z分数转换时可能出现的问题进行了探讨。
It was not objective to evaluate students by their exam results since students were in different majors for selecting top students. Through the introduction of standard-score (z-score) and it' s conversion by statistical software as well as the examples given in the essay, we were trying to provide a new solution in a fare evaluation level for the selection. Meanwhile, problems which may occur in the conversion and methods for the improvement were presented.
