美国导师制度对我国医学研究生教育的启示

Inspiration of the United States mentor system on medicine graduate education in China

美国经过长期的探索和实践，建立起一套完整成熟的医学研究生导师制度，对世界高等医学教育和医学科技发展产生了重要影响。本文从指导方式、导师资格和经费保障等几个方面深入分析了美国导师制度，提出了通过改革遴选办法、建立导师组、开展岗位培训、设立保障机制和加大资金投入等举措，以改革和完善我国医学研究生导师制度。

After a long period of exploration and practice, the United States has established a mature medical mentor system, which exerts a major impact on the higher medical education and medical technology development of the world. In this study, the author made an in-depth analysis on the United States mentor system in aspects of instruction way, mentor qualification and funding support and proposed many measures including reform of the selection method, establishment of the mentor group, provision of job training, establishment of a safeguard mechanism and increase of investment to reform and improve the mentor system in China.
