康复期肺癌患者癌因性疲乏与血清甲状腺激素的相关性研究

The Relationship Between Serum Thyroid Hormones and Cancer-related Fatigue in Convalescent Patients with Lung Cancer

[目的]探讨康复期肺癌患者癌因性疲乏(CRF)与血清甲状腺激素水平的关系。[方法]收集59例康复期肺癌患者,分为疲乏组(39例)和非疲乏组(20例)。利用多维疲乏症状量表简化版(MFSI-SF)和疲劳症状量表(FSI)评估患者CRF的状况。电化学发光法检测血清甲状腺素(T3、T4、FT3、FT4)的水平。[结果]疲乏组肺癌患者血清甲状腺素水平低于非疲乏组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05);疲乏组MFSI-SF评分与甲状腺激素T3、T4、FT3、FT4水平呈负相关(r=-0.893,-0.797,-0.717,-0.855,P<0.05);疲乏组FSI评分与甲状腺激素T3、T4、FT3、FT4水平亦呈负相关(r=-0.772,-0.659,-0.661,-0.653,P<0.05)。[结论]疲乏组患者癌因性疲乏评分增高,而血清甲状腺激素水平降低。甲状腺激素T3、T4、FT3、FT4水平降低是影响康复期肺癌患者疲乏状况的因素之一。

[Purpose] To investigate the relationship between thyroid hormones and the degree of cancer-related fatigue （CRF） in convalescent patients with lung cancer. [Methods] A total of 59 lung cancer patients were en- rolled and divided into two groups： CRF group （39 cases） and non-CRF group （20 cases）. All cases were inter- viewed by Multidimensional Fatigue Symptom Inventory-Short （MFSI-SF） and Fatigue Symptom Inventory （FSI）. The level of serum thyroid hormones （T3,T4,FT3,FT4） were examined by electrical chemiluminescent im- munoassay. [Results] The levels of thyroid hormones were significanly different between CRF group and non- CRF group （P〈0.05）. There were negative correlations between the levels of thyroid hormones（T3 ,T4, FT3, FT4） and MFSI-SF（r=-0.893,-0.797,-0.717,-0.855, P〈0.05）.There were negative correlations between the levels of thyroid hormones（T3,T4,FT3,b-T4） and FSI （r=-0.772,-0.659,-0.661,-0.653,P〈0.05）. [Conclusion] The concentration of serum thyroid hormones （T3 ,T4, FT3, FT4） affects the degree of cancer-related fatigue in pa- tients with lunz cancer.
