西部地区外语教育的生态语境及补偿机制研究 被引量:14

A Study of Eco-context and Eco-compensations for FL Education in West China

摘要 在外语教育生态系统中,我国西部地区外语教育生态发展极不平衡,特别是农村地区、民族地区的基础外语教育生态,环境脆弱、资源贫乏、内生动力不足,存在多样化的系统缺失问题,已影响到我国外语教育生态系统层级结构与地域结构的协调与平衡。本研究尝试对西部地区外语教育生态子系统中的现实语境、发展特征等进行分析,进而提出相应的外语教育生态补偿机制。通过对现实教育生态进行政策补偿、文化补偿、学术补偿等,提高西部地区外语教育生态系统的能量动力,改善西部地区教育生态资源,促进我国外语教育生态均衡发展。 This paper makes an ecological study of FL education in West China, with an analysis of the ecological context and problems in this part of China, particularly the elementary education in the rural and minority areas. Consequently, suggestions regarding ecological compensations are made, such as governmental compensations, cultural compensations, academic compensations, etc. to enhance the improvement and self-improvement of the ecological system of FL education.
