摘要 本文系对顾曰国教授和国际商务英语专家Evan Frendo的公开访谈。文章以外语教师教学、科研和自身发展一体化"大师复盘模式"为主线,佐以商务英语专家自身成长实例说明,重点介绍教师发展中课堂教学设计、教学反思和教学视频多模态文本分析的路径,强调商务英语教师发展中亲历目标语篇情景,将商务英语作为交流工具的重要性,指出知识驱动型教育和市场驱动型教育的本质区别,预测了外语教师及商务英语教师发展的未来挑战和发展趋势。 In this public interview, the writer reported her conversation with Professor Gu Yueguo, Head of Contemporary Linguistics Department, the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences, and Business English expert Evan Frendo, mainly focusing on the discussion of the main components of Chess-Master-Model for teacher development, like instructional design, multimodal text analysis and teacher's reflection, with a special reference to Business English teacher development. The discussion highlighted the concepts of communities of practice and teaching Business English as a communication tool in Business English teacher development, differentiated degree- bearing program as knowledge-driven education from Business English as market-driven education, stated the challenges and forecasted the future trends of college English especially Business English teacher development.
