摘要
介绍了连续电镀锡机组工艺流程,以及工艺设计过程中的产品方案确定、主要工艺设备选型,并给出机组速度、电镀槽数量、软熔系统和钝化系统等主要参数的计算方法。
Technological process of electrolytic tinning line were introduced. Formulation of production and main process equipment selection were introduced also during process design. Main parameter calculation methods for line speed, electroplating bath quantity, soft melting system and passivation system were given.
