摘要
建立轧机主传动系统仿真模型,并结合现场测试数据利用MATALAB/Simulink软件对轧机轧制过程进行深入地仿真研究。研究发现:当传动系统存在44.3Hz附近的激振频率和足够能量时,轧机就会出现严重的振动现象。这一结论与实测值基本吻合。
A main drive system of the FTSR hot continuous rolling mill modle is studied which was combined with test data in field simulation analysis by MATALAB/Simulink software. The study result show, the drive system in the 44.3 Hz near exists the excitation frequency and enough energy. The serious vibration of the mill had happened. The result bring into accord with the test data.
