摘要
介绍了新建无缝钢管项目中工业管道的设计改进,主要从三维设计软件的应用、管道材料和管道公称压力的选择、管径和壁厚的优化设计、管道支吊架跨距的计算几个方面进行阐述,为其他无缝钢管项目的工业管道设计提供一些参考。
The improvement of industrial piping design in a new seamless steel tube project is introduced in this article. The application of 3D design software, the selection of pipe materials and nominal pressure, the optimization design of pipe diameter and thickness, and the calculation of pipe supports' span are mainly elaborated. Some design references could be provided to other seamless steel tube projects.
