摘要
长链非编码RNAs(long noncoding RNAs,lncRNAs)是调控基因表达的新重点,其本身的脱帽和降解可能会是它功能的一个极其重要的方面,尤其是在可诱导基因的转录调控中起到重要作用。lncRNAs具有作为信号、诱饵、向导和支架等多种分子功能。干细胞的研究证实lncRNAs在维持干细胞多能状态中起作用,是干细胞多能性及神经生成等的关键调节器,而且主要通过反式作用影响全体基因表达。随着研究的深入,越来越多的具有重要调控功能的lncRNAs被发现,但是要阐明其调控生物学进程的具体的分子机制及信号通路还需要更多更深入的研究。
Based on the emerging emphasis of lncRNAs on regulating gene expression,the decapping and degradation of the lncRNA itself will likely be a vital aspect of its function,specifically serve a vital role in transcriptional regulation at inducible genes.Long noncoding RNAs(lncRNAs) can execute archetypes of molecular functions such as signals,decoys,guides,and scaffolds and so on.lncRNAs are functionally important for maintaining the pluripotent state,and they have been proposed to be key regulators of biological processes,including stem cell pluripotency and neurogenesis,and they primarily act in trans to affect global gene expression.More and more important regulatory functional lncRNAs have been found.However,to clarify the specific molecular mechanisms and signaling pathways of regulating biological processes more in-depth researches are needed.
