摘要
目的了解护理人员的培训现状及培训需求,为进一步建立科学培训体系提供依据。方法采用自行设计的现状及培训需求的调查问卷,对363名护理人员进行问卷调查和分析。结果回收319份,回收率87.88%。95.9%的护理人员愿意积极参加培训,希望的培训内容主要纠纷防范和处理、科研教学能力、护理新技术。培训的方式倾向于现场演示、案例分析讨论、课堂讲授、情景模拟等多种形式得授课方式,且希望每课时能控制在60分钟内。结论基层医院护理人员接受培训的积极性很高,建立科学的护理培训体系是提高培训效果和提升护理质量的根本保证。
Objective To understand the status and needs of training of nurses to provide the basis for establishing a scientific training system in further.Methods To investigate 363 nurses with the questionnaire which was designed by ourselves about the status and training needs of nurses.Results The 319 cases in 363 was recycled which recovery rate was 87.88%.95.9% of nurses were willing to actively participate in the training.The hope of training was about prevention and treatment of dispute,capabilities of research and teaching,as well as new technologies of care.A complex method were tended to about the live demonstrations,case analysis and discussion,lectures,as well as scenario training simulation.And each class could be controlled within 60 minutes.Conclusions The training motivation was highly in nurses of basic hospital.It's the fundamental guarantee to establish the scientific training system and improve the effectiveness of training,which will enhance the quality of nursing care.
