舒适护理在慢性溃疡性结肠炎患者中的应用分析

Application of comfortable nursing on patients with chronic ulcerative colitis

目的探讨舒适护理在慢性溃疡性结肠炎患者治疗过程中的应用价值。方法选取我院消化内科收治的慢性溃疡性结肠炎患者210例,并将其随机分为观察组和对照组,各105例,对照组的患者给予常规的护理方案,观察组的患者给予舒适护理的方案。并对比两组患者的满意度以及患者焦虑情绪的缓解情况。结果两组患者经过各自的护理方案之后,观察组患者的满意度为65.71%,焦虑情绪的缓解度为68.57%,其均明显优于对照组的39.05%与38.10%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论舒适护理有利于提高慢性溃疡性结肠炎患者的满意度,缓解患者的焦虑情绪,帮助患者以积极的心态配合临床的治疗和护理,有利于患者病情的控制以及身体的康复。

Objective To explore the effect of comfortable nursing on patients with chronic ulcerative colitis.Methods 210 patients with chronic ulcerative colitis were selected in our hospital,they were randomly divided into observation group and control group with 105 cases in each group,the patients in the control group received routine nursing programs,while the patients in the observation group were given comfortable nursing program.The comfortable degree and anxiety relief of all the patients were compared.Results After nursing,the comfort degree and anxiety relief were 65.71% and 68.57% in the observation group,respectively;while they were 39.05% and 38.10% in the control group,they showed statistical significance（P0.05）.Conclusions Comfortable nursing is helpful in improving the comfort degree of the patients with chronic ulcerative colitis,easing the anxiety,helping patients with a positive attitude with the clinical treatment and nursing.Besides,it is also beneficial to control the condition and physical rehabilitation of patients.
