原油含水率在线测量仪的实验研究 被引量:8

摘要 原油含水率的测量在原油的开采、储运、加工等环节中起着至关重要的作用。针对我国油田高含水的现状,含水率测量仪既要有效地克服地层水矿化度的影响,又要解决常规含水率计在高含水条件下分辨率低的问题。采用在传感器的始端和终端分别激发和接收电磁波的测量方案,提出一种基于高频电磁波相移测量原油介电常数进而计算含水率的实验方法。给出了电磁波含水率测量仪的实例和实验数据,并验证了该方法可行。实验表明,该测量仪具有较高的分辨率,能够实现含水率全范围的连续测量。 The measurement of the water content of crude oil plays a crucial role in the crude oil mining,storage,transportation,processing and other links.In view of the present situation of high water cut in oil field inland,the water content instrument detector should overcome the influence of the formation water salinity effectively while solve the problem of low resolution in the conventional water content instrument under the condition of high water cut.A measure method is given to stimulate and receive respectively of the electromagnetic wave in the start and end of the sensor.An experimental method is proposed which based on the high frequency electromagnetic wave phase shift measuring the dielectric constant of crude oil and then the calculate the water content.This paper presents the instrument instance and experimental data,and verifies that the electromagnetic method of measuring the water content feasible.Experimental results show that the instrument has high resolution and accuracy,it can realize continuous measurement of the full range of water content.
