UIT6640超声成像测井仪原理及在工程中的应用

摘要 在油田勘探和开发过程中,油水井的套管受温度、压力、化学作用,地层运动的应力、施工作业中射孔、酸化压裂等因素的影响,而产生腐蚀、破损、变形,给油田生产造成了巨大的损失。近几年国内不少测井公司开始应用超声成像测井来判断套管情况,并取得了良好经济效益。文章主要介绍了UIT6640超声成像测井原理、仪器组成,结合油田生产测井进行套管井检测所取得的实际资料,阐述了超声成像测井在工程检测中的应用前景。 In the exploration and development process of oil field,temperature,pressure,chemical interaction,formation stress,perforation,acidization,fracturing and some other elements lead to the corrosion,damage and deformation of casing,which bring about huge loss for oil field production.In recent years,a lot of oil logging companies start to utilize ultrasonic image logging to identify status of casing and has acquired favorable economic benefit.This paper introduces the principles of UIT6640 Ultrasonic image logging as well as device composition.Combined with data of two cased wells obtained by production well logging in Erlian oilfield,the paper demonstrates practical application of ultrasonic image logging technique in engineering inspection.
