摘要
提出了一种适用于输电线路相间短路故障的高精度定位技术,选取相间故障定位函数相位发生突变的点为相间短路故障点,从原理上消除了故障电阻、故障位置和线路两端电源相角差等因素的影响,具有较高的定位精度。进行了PSCAD软件和故障录波测试,验证了该方法的正确性和实用性。
A high precision location technology is proposed for localizing the interphase short-circuit fault of transmission lines.According to the interphase fault location function,the catastrophe point of phase was selected as the interphase short-circuit fault point,so the influence of fault resistance,fault location and phase angle difference of power at the two ends of a transmission line was eliminated.As a result,the technology has a higher positioning accuracy.Its correctness and practicability have been verified by PSCAD software testing and fault recording test.
