摘要
针对徐矿电厂330MW机组循环流化床锅炉排渣系统存在的漏渣、开裂、磨损等问题进行技术改造。采取了用改进型圆形金属波纹补偿器替代原膨胀节;在进渣管与炉膛连接处设置支护结构;在进渣管膨胀节大小头处设置防磨结构;在进渣管上下弯头处设置防磨盒等措施。通过技术改造延长了设备使用寿命,降低了维护费用,提高了机组长周期稳定运行的安全系数。
Aimed at the problems of slag leakage,cracking,abrasion,etc.,the technical retrofit of slag discharge system was implemented for the 300 MW circulating fluidized bed boiler (CFBB) in Xukuang Power Plant,which included the substitution of improved circular metal corrugation compensator for expansion joint,setting supporting structure at the joint of slag inlet pipe and furnace,setting wear-resisting structure at the target area of expansion joint of slag inlet pipe,setting wear-resisting box at upper and lower elbow of slag inlet pipe.Through the retrofit,the equipment's service life could be prolonged,the maintenance cost could be reduced,and the safety coefficient of long period stable operation could be improved.
