摘要
目的探讨维生素D受体(VDR)基因FokI位点多态性与儿童1型糖尿病(T1DM)的相关性。方法检索PubMed、中国学术期刊全文数据库(CNKI)、中国生物医学文献数据库(CBM)、万方数据库,收集维生素D受体基因FokI位点多态性与儿童T1DM相关性的文献。利用Meta分析的方法分析VDR基因FokI位点的Ff、ff、Ff+ff基因型在儿童T1DM组与对照组中的分布是否有差异。检索时间截至于2011年9月。结果共纳入符合条件的文献6篇,其中T1DM 734例,对照组788例。根据FokI位点的Ff、ff、Ff+ff基因型的异质性检验结果,分别利用随机效应模型、固定效应模型、随机效应模型对VDR基因FokI位点的Ff、ff、Ff+ff基因型与T1DM相关性进行Meta分析,结果提示VDR基因FokI位点的Ff、ff、Ff+ff基因型的合并OR值(95%CI)分别为1.16(0.74~1.82)、1.03(0.75~1.42)、1.03(0.63~1.66)。结论 VDR基因FokI位点的Ff、ff、Ff+ff基因型均与儿童T1DM的发生无关。
Objective To discuss the correlation between Fold vitamin D receptor (VDR) gene polymorphism with child- hood type 1 diabetes mellitus (TIDM). Methods All publications about correlation between Fold VDR gene polymor- phism and TIDM in children were retrieved by searching PubMed, CBM, CNKI and Wanfang Data before the date of Sep- tember 30, 2011. Meta - analysis was performed for checking the difference of distribution of genotypes including Ff, if, Ff + ff between childhood T1DM group and control group. Results A total of 6 studies were included covering 734 cases of childhood T1DM and 788 healthy controls. According to the heterogeneity test results, meta - analysis was performed on the correlation between Fold VDR genotypes of Ff, if, Ff + ff and T1DM with random effects model and fLxed effect mode]. The results showed that pooled OR value (95% CI) of Fold VDR genotypcs of Ff, if, Ff + ff was 1.16 (0.74-1.82), 1.03 (0.75 -1.42)and 1.03 (0.63 -1.66) respectively. Conclusions This study does not demonstrate the correlation between Fold VDR gene polymorphism and T1DM in children.
