影响血清脑源性神经营养因子浓度相关因素的分析 被引量:2

Preliminary Analysis on the Related Factors Influencing Serum Levels of Brain-Derived Neurotrophic Factor

摘要 目的测定研究对象血清脑源性神经营养因子(BDNF)的浓度,初步分析影响血清BDNF浓度的相关因素。方法采用酶联免疫吸附法测定外周血清BDNF的浓度,常规方法检测研究对象的肝功能、肾功能、血糖、血脂、甲状腺功能、血常规、体重指数。相关因素的分析采用多元线形回归的逐步筛选法。结果总T3、总T4、游离T4、促甲状腺素、尿素氮、血钠、红细胞数、血小板数是血清BDNF浓度的相关因素,其中红细胞数相关性最强,标准化回归系数为1.10207。结论 BDNF作为中介参与了促红细胞生成素的神经保护作用,介导甲状腺激素在中枢神经系统和周围组织的作用,可能参与尿素氮的代谢。 Objective To study the factors influencing serum levels of BDNF by measuring serum levels of BDNF in the subjects. Methods Serum levels of BDNF were measured by enzyme - linked immunosorbant assay. Conventional meth- ods were used to detect hepatic function, renal function, blood glucose concentration, blood lipid levels, thyroid function, blood cell count and body mass index. Multiple linear regression method was used to analyze the related factors. Result- s Total T3, total T4, free T4, thyrotrophin, blood urea nitrogen, blood sodium, red blood cell count and platelet count were factors influencing serum levels of BDNF; and red blood cell count showed the strongest correlation ( standardized estimate = 1. 10207). Conclusions Our data suggest that BDNF is involved in the neuroprotective action of erythropoie- tin as an intermediate, mediates the action of thyroid hormone on both central nervous system and peripheral tissue, and exerts influence on the metabolism of blood urea nitrogen.
