摘要
目的:对四川省综合医院护理单元人力资源配置现状进行调查,分析目前存在的主要问题。方法:采用文献研究法、关键人咨询法、问卷调查法等定性研究与定量研究相结合的方法。结果:目前四川省综合医院护理单元人力资源配置总体水平较低,护士的工作负荷较重;各州市之间的护理人员配置差异较大,资源分布不均;近年来注册护士数量的快速增长;不同层级综合医院、不同科室之间护理人员配置差异较大;临床实际床护比远远低于医院的整体床护比。结论:四川省综合医院应进一步深化医药卫生体制改革,落实责任制整体护理,加强护理内涵建设,保证临床护理人员配置比例,提高临床护理质量。
Objective: To investigate the current status and analyze the main problems ofnursing human resources allocation of nursing unit in general hospitals in Sichuan. Methods: We combined qualitative and quantitative analysis in our study, such bs literature methodology, key person consultation method, and questionnaire survey method, etc. Results: The overall level of nursing human resources allocation in Sichuan was lower, and the nurse's workload was heavy. The resources distribution among different cities had big diversity. In recent years, the number of registered nurses had rocketed increase, but the rapid growth caused many problems. The young nurses were lack of professional knowledge, professional skills and clinical experience. The nursing human resources configurations were different in different general hospitals or different departments. The clinical actual nurse/bed ratio was far lower than the overall hospital nurse/bed ratio. Conclusion: The general hospitals in Sichuan should further deepen the reform of the medical care system, implement the holistic care for patients, strengthen the construction of nursing connotation, ensure clinical nursing personnel allocation proportion, then improve the clinical nursing care quality.
