摘要
目的:探讨细节管理在提高医院消毒供应中心(CSSD)工作质量中的作用。方法:2010年将细节管理应用到CSSD中,对CSSD工作中的每一薄弱环节进行辨认、分析,提出整改措施,争取医院领导重视和相关部门配合,保障CSSD的工作需要;把CSSD工作细化为4个工作小组,并制定各个小组的工作流程;对影响CSSD工作质量和工作人员职业安全的重点环节实施细节管理干预。从管理规范、质量控制、服务满意度等方面评价2009年与2010年CSSD工作质量上的差异,并比较职业暴露情况。结果:细节管理实施后,CSSD无菌包标识规范,配置器械功能完好,护士仪容仪表规范,下收下送符合要求,能及时送到指定地点,总体服务水平提高,基本能满足临床工作需求,且工作人员的职业暴露明显减少(P<0.05)。结论:细节管理的实施,使得CSSD的质量、服务、安全、效率等各个层面都得到极大改善,有效提升了工作满意度。
Objective: To explore the effect of detail management.in work quality improvement of hospital disinfection supply center. Methods: We applied detail management to hospital disinfection supply center in 2010, which included work weak link identification and analysis, reform measures, hospital leaders' attention and relevant departments' cooperation and support. We divided disinfection supply center into four working teams and make work flow for each working team. We carried detail management intervention for the key link of work quality and occupation safety. We compared the difference between 2009 and 2010 from management standard, quality control, and service satisfaction. Results: After the implementation of detain management in disinfection supply center, we standardized the aseptic package identifier and nurses appearance, kept good function of equipment, satisfied the requirements of sending and receiveing, sent to designated locations timely, improved the overall service level, basically met the clinical needs, and reduced staff occupation exposure significantly (P〈0.05). Conclusion:The implementation of detail management effectively improves the quality, service, safety, efficiency and other aspects and the stafffs job satisfaction in hospital disinfection supply center.
