摘要
目的:探讨床旁护理交接流程的优化及实施效果。方法:成立床旁交接流程管理小组,评估原有交接流程,对交接形式、内容、要求等进行优化;进行组织培训,使护士熟练掌握优化后的新交接流程;将新流程应用于临床实践,对交接流程优化前、后的相关护理质量指标进行评价。结果:床旁交接流程优化后,患者对交接环节中部分项目评分差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),对交接工作的满意度评分由(4.42±0.50)分提高到(4.76±0.43)分(P<0.05);责任护士对患者健康状况掌握程度评分由(87.14±3.66)分提高到(91.29±1.86)分(P<0.01),流程优化后每名责任护士平均节省了32min的交接和评估时间。结论:床旁交接流程的优化,提高了交接的质量、效率、患者满意度,增加了护士对于患者健康状况的了解程度,体现了优质护理服务的专业内涵。
Objective: To explore the effects of implementing the optimization of bedside reporting process. Methods: We established a management team for bedside reporting process. The original bedside reporting such as the form, content and requirements of the transfer was evaluated and optimized. Nurses were trained to conduct the new process and feedbacks were collected. Results: After the practice, patients scored higher in some items of bedside reporting (P〈0.05). The satisfaction of patients were improved from (4.42±0.50) to (4.76 ± 0.43) (P〈0,05); The degree that nurses know the health status of patients were improved from (87.14±3.66) to (91.29±1.86) (P〈0.01). Each nurse saved 32 minutes averagely for bedside reporting and assessment, on the patients. Conclusion: The process optimization can improve the transfer of the quality, efficiency, patient satisfaction, and improve nurses' understanding of the health status of patients.
