构造措施对高支模支架体系力学性能的影响 被引量:4

摘要 目的研究高支模支撑体系的构造措施对整个架体整体承载力的影响,提高高支模体系整体性和承载力.方法对高支模支撑体系现场加载,测试高支模支架体系的立杆、剪刀撑、水平拉杆的力学性能,并结合ANSYS有限元软件模拟高支模支撑体系的结果 ,对比分析构造措施对高支模支架体系力学性能的影响.结果板底和梁底支架为薄弱部位,需要构造加强,梁和板加载过程中,水平拉杆内力基本符合正弦函数变化规律,梁底竖向剪刀撑对立杆的约束作用较小.结论合理的构造措施可以减小构件的初始缺陷、荷载的初始偏心、构件的残余应力和施工偏心的影响,设计高支模支架体系时,应尽量使立杆轴心受压,水平拉杆能通则通,使整个架体形成一个整体,架体整体受力,这样可以较大地提高高支模体系承载力. The paper studies the influence of structural measures on the bearing capacity of high-formwork support system in order to improving the capacity of the frame body and the bearing capacity.We apply load to high-formwork support system to test high-formwork bracket system pole,scissors,horizontal bar of the mechanical properties in the field.With the results of simulating high-formwork support system by ANSYS finite element software,we compare and analyses the influence of structural measures for high-formwork bracket.The bracket in the end of the board and the bottom of the beam are weak parts,which need to be improved by structure.Excessive additional bending moment make the pole into the eccentric force,which is not good for bearing load.Reasonable construction measures can reduce the initial defect of the components,the initial load eccentricity,residual stress of components and the influence of construction eccentric.When designing the template of high-formwork,we try to make the pole axial compression and level rod to pass and to make the whole frame body to form a whole and bear the load.By this way it can improve the bearing capacity of high-formwork bracket greatly.
