摘要
目的研究金刚石锯条的固有频率,分析各阶固有频率和主振型,确定理想的锯条结块参数,优化锯条结构,提高锯条的加工效率.方法采用有限元方法对金刚石锯条进行二维的无约束模态分析.通过改变金刚石锯条结块的长度、高度和单位长度分布结块的数量,分析了不同参数条件下的锯条的固有频率和主振型图.结果金刚石锯条结块的参数对固有频率有一定的影响,锯条的固有频率随着结块的长度和结块高度的增加而增加,而随着单位长度分布结块的数量的增加而减小.得出金刚石锯条的最佳参数,结块的高度为10 mm,长度为25 mm,锯条(长2 800 mm)分布结块40.结论通过ANSYS对各阶频率和主振型的分析,改变锯条结块的几何参数来提高锯条的优越性,对金刚石锯条在石材加工方面起到重大的作用.
The natural frequency of the diamond saw blades was studied in the paper in order to analyze the natural frequency of each order and the principal mode to determine the ideal agglomerate parameters of saw and to optimize the structure of saw blades as well as to improve processing efficiency of saw blades.The two-dimensional unconstrained modal analysis was conducted by the FEM.Through changing the length,height of saw blade agglomerate and the number of agglomerate distributed in unit length,the natural frequency and the principal mode were analyzed at the same time under the condition of different parameters.The results show that the parameters of the diamond of agglomerate had influence on the natural frequency.The natural frequency of the blade increased with the increase of its length and its height of agglomerate.But the natural frequency of the saw blade decreased with the increase of the number of agglomerate per unit length.The height of the agglomerate is 10 mm,the length of the agglomerate is 25 mm and the number of saw blade(long 2 800 mm)′s agglomerate is 40 which is the best parameters to the diamond saw blades.Through analyzing the natural frequency and the principal mode by ANSYS,it is concluded that the stiffness of the diamond saw blade could be improved by changing its agglomerate parameters,which play an important part in cutting stone with diamond saw blade.
