神经干细胞活体示踪的研究现状与前景
Cueeent status and prospect about in vivo tracking neural stem cells
摘要
神经干细胞(neuralstemcells,NSCs)是一类具有自我更新能力和多分化潜能的细胞,在一定的条件可分化为神经元、星形胶质细胞和少突胶质细胞。近年来,NSCs移植治疗神经系统疾病中的有效性和潜能日益受到重视,已在诸多中枢神经系统疾病显现出独特的优势,具有广阔的应用前景[1-3]。但NSCs移植治疗的疗效机制目前仍不详。为了明确NSCs移植后症状改善的原因,了解细胞移植后的生存状态,区分移植细胞和宿主细胞,监测移植后NSCs在宿主内的活力、分化、迁移、代谢机制以及整合情况,需要对移植的NSCs进行非侵袭性活体示踪。
