我国星级酒店人才学历结构提升对策研究

摘要 近几年来,中国星级酒店的发展已经达到一定规模,其"硬件"已接近或超过国际化水准,但酒店人才却日益成为影响其发展的瓶颈。本文以最佳东方酒店人才网《2007-2010年度中国酒店业薪酬报告》中酒店人才学历状况为主要研究对象,通过横向和纵向结构比较,对酒店人才的各层次学历结构现状进行分析研究,以探讨促进我国酒店人才结构良性构建的对策。 The development of China star hotels in recent years has been achieved on a certain scale. The "hard- ware" has been close to or over the international standard, but the lack of hotel talents has become a bottleneck of the development of the hotel industry. Many scholars have conducted a lot of researches, but little effect has been produced. Based on the main research subject of the present situation of hotel talent education in The Investigation Report of the Salary of Hotel Industry in the Years from 2007 to 2010 by the best Oriental talent net, and by com- parison of the horizontal and vertical structures, this paper makes an analysis of the present situation of hotel talent education at all levels in order to explore some countermeasures to promote a sound construction of the talent struc- ture in China hotels.
